1. What is Your Return Policy?
In-store customers: 7 days for refund; 30 days for instore credit
Out-of-town Customers: 2 weeks after the ship date to contact us regarding a refund; 30 days after the ship date to contact us regarding a return for instore credit. Return product to arrive to us within 2 weeks of return approval given.
Products that were purchased from stock are eligible for full return. Products specially ordered may be subject to a restocking fee or non-returnable, depending on our ability to resell it.
If you have had your products beyond the 30 days, they may be eligible for our “Buy-Back Program”
2. How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?
Upon placing your order, we will ship out the instock items first. Any items that need to be ordered in will be sent together in a second shipment. Let us know if you prefer a different arrangement
Shipments are currently sent via Canada Post every Wednesday and Friday. Shipping costs are exact and are billed after the parcel has been sent.
3. What Products Do You Carry, and Do you Accept Special Orders?
We are pleased to offer products from hundreds of different companies to best serve our customers! With so many companies, the timeframe of arrival varies from supplier to supplier.
- Orders from our online catalogue are placed frequently and take 2-4 weeks to arrive to us

We are a comprehensive supplier, and are able to order in most products you would find at teacher supply, and home education stores. Give us a phone call or an email requesting what you need. We may be able to suggest something instock or order the item in for you.

*Occasionally products are backordered with the supplier. We will notify you of this circumstance. Feel free to contact us for updates on your order status.
4. How Far in Advance Should I Order?
Summer and fall are our busiest time of year as we help many families plan for their year ahead. We are here to support you with your curriculum needs. To ensure you receive your products in time, we suggest placing your orders as early as possible during these busy months. In large orders, it is not uncommon to have a few items on backorder with the supplier. Having your order in by the end of June provides a good timeframe to get your full order to you for a September start!
